Sales Executive – Oil & Gas | Marine | Heavy Machinery |SHIP HANDLING experience in UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Heavy Equipment sectors.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including Operators, EPC Contractors, Shipyards, Marine Owners, and Equipment OEMs.
Develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand requirements and promote company services.
Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company policies and objectives.
Maintain CRM records accurately and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, standards (ISO, API, ASME), competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to target markets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Heavy Machinery, or Engineering Services sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Strong network and contacts within the Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC, and Heavy Industry sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required (local and regional).
