The Construction Manager oversees and coordinates construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage on-site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
Resolve any issues or delays during construction.
Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and safety.
Ensure project completion to client satisfaction and within contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software.
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit multiple sites.
