Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as an Accountant & Sales Adviser. This hybrid role combines financial accounting tasks with proactive sales advisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting functions while also engaging with clients to drive sales and provide tailored product or service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
Support the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with auditors and external accountants as needed.
Sales & Advisory Duties:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demonstrations.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and/or sales roles (2+ years preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
Strong understanding of financial principles and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
