We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KG1 Homeroom Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering curriculum, fostering social and emotional growth, and ensuring the overall well-being of students in the kindergarten class.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and school administrators.
Organize and supervise daily classroom activities, including play, circle time, and learning stations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavioral concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
Ensure adherence to school policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Kindergarten Education, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification or license preferred.
Prior experience working with young children (1+ years preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and patient with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
