A versatile and skilled technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of systems, equipment, and machinery across multiple trades. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across different technical domains to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, systems, and machinery.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Install new equipment and systems as per specifications and safety standards.
Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely repairs and installations.
Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications or training in multiple trades (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing certifications).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
