We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
