Human Resources Administrator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with employee documentation, record-keeping, and HR systems updates.
• Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and related HR reports.
• Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide support in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
Requirements:
• UAE National (Emiratization Program).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
