HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with company objective
• Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details.
• Provide all administrative support require processing VISA of employees in coordination with legal team.
• Ensure employees’ salaries are prepare as per experience
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local federal regulations
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage employee’s resignation/termination process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Report to management and provide decision support.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements:
• Bachelors /Master’s Degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
