Job Position – Quality Control Officer Company Name – Magenta Group Industry – Food Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and control quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
– Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC 22000)
– Conduct inspections, audits, and prepare quality reports
– Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
– Train production staff on hygiene, safety, and SOPs
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
– 4–5 years of experience in quality control (preferably in meat/poultry/food industry)
– Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC standards
– Excellent documentation & communication skills
– Ability to work in shifts Preference will be given to male candidates (due to shift requirements) and those with prior experience in the meat & poultry industry.
