What you’ll do
– Be the L2 hero who steps in when issues get tricky
– Support field engineers — you’re the calm in the storm
– Own the lifecycle of devices (from setup to patching to retirement)
– Work hands-on with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory
– Keep endpoints secure, updated, and compliant
– Deliver white-glove support for VIPs when needed
– Document, streamline, and improve how EUC support gets done
What you bring
– 5–8 years in IT support / infrastructure (L2 experience is key)
– Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, M365, mobile devices
– Confidence with endpoint tools: Intune, SCCM, JAMF, AD
– Understanding of patching, software deployment & group policies
– A knack for solving problems under pressure — with a smile
Bonus Points if you have
– ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104)
– CompTIA, Citrix, or VMware Horizon training
