We are seeking energetic and results-driven Tele sales Executives / Tele callers to join our expanding Dubai team. This outbound-focused role requires confident phone skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a strong drive to hit sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present our products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Respond to customer queries on the phone and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Work toward and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Log call activity and update records (CRM or spreadsheets) to keep leads and follow-ups organized.
• Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and support campaign execution.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Telugu or Kannada is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging telephone manner.
• Previous experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service is required.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and legally able to work there.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, target-driven environment and meeting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to handle objections professionally.
