We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive specializing in interior fit-out and design projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with an established network among property developers, brokers, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your existing UAE contacts to generate high-value interior fit-out and design projects
• Attend major exhibitions and industry events such as Index Dubai and The Big 5 to identify opportunities
• Track upcoming projects and RFPs while building a strong sales pipeline
• Present, negotiate, and close deals with key decision-makers
• Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:
• 4–7 years of business development or sales experience in real estate or construction; interior fit-out experience is a plus
• Established professional network within Dubai/UAE
• Confident in presenting, negotiating, and managing client relationships
• Valid UAE driving license
