The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. They assist in implementing restaurant policies, managing inventory, and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints promptly.
Monitor staff performance, provide training, and motivate team members.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocations.
Oversee inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies.
Assist in payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
Handle financial transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
Qualifications:
