Talent Shark is seeking an experienced Commodities & Trading Sales Officer to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a unique opportunity for sales and trading professionals to leverage their expertise in global commodities markets and financial trading, while contributing to business growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and business development across global commodities including metals, energy, and agriculture.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with institutional and retail clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with trading and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and transactions.
• Contribute to additional company projects such as real estate development and facility management initiatives.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commodities trading or financial markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven skills in relationship management and client engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
