Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and update the company’s safety management system in accordance with OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and local regulations.
Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee safety training programs for all site personnel and management.
Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Ensure the implementation of safety protocols during erection of concrete pre-cast panels and other construction activities.
Monitor compliance with safety policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to promote safety culture.
Manage safety documentation, including reports, incident logs, and safety meeting records.
Lead the Safety Committee and facilitate regular safety meetings.
Ensure availability and proper use of PPE for all workers.
Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and procedures.
Report directly to senior management on safety performance and issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of safety management experience in construction, particularly in villa projects and precast panel erection.
Valid certificates in OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of local safety laws, international standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills.
Preferably Asian nationals (Filipino or South Asian nationals preferred).
Ability to influence safety culture at all organizational levels.
