Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
Manage project budgets and control costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Review and approve project documentation, including plans and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in project management.
PMP certification is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
