Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage interior and construction projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation and contract administration.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within interior or construction projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability preferred.
