An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Secretary to support the Chairperson in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while supporting executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Chairperson’s calendar and organize meetings efficiently
• Draft correspondence and prioritize urgent communications
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Conduct research and prepare detailed reports as required
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth executive operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
