Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office assistant positions
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
• Prepare, manage, and maintain documents, reports, and records using MS Excel and Word
