We are seeking a skilled Oracle CC&B Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying Oracle CC&B modules, understanding of utility business processes, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementation projects.
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure Oracle CC&B modules including customer management, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle CC&B applications.
Resolve system issues and optimize performance.
Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:
Engage with clients to understand their business processes.
Conduct workshops and gather detailed functional and technical requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Develop test cases, scenarios, and perform system testing.
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Conduct user training sessions.
Support client teams during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
