Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive neonatal intensive care to preterm and sick neonates.
Monitor and interpret neonatal vital signs, laboratory results, and imaging.
Administer treatments, including ventilation, IV therapy, and procedures.
Collaborate with pediatricians, obstetricians, and nursing staff.
Educate and counsel parents regarding neonatal health issues.
Maintain detailed medical records and ensure adherence to protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Neonatology or Pediatrics.
Certification or subspecialty training in Neonatology.
Valid UAE medical license.
Minimum of [5] years of Neonatology experience.
Ability to work under pressure and excellent teamwork skills.
