Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination and execution of day-to-day office management for the CEO
• Scheduling and managing meetings and appointments within a rapidly changing set of priorities and demands for the CEO
• Serving as the first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively managing queries and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
• Occasionally, will be required to handle CEO's personal projects/tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies regarding CEO matters, including highly confidential or critical matters.
• Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, reflecting the CEO's style and the organization's policy.
Job Details :
• Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for at least two years
• Professional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible, hardworking, and adaptable
