Overview:
The MEP Estimation Manager is responsible for preparing and managing detailed cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems on building projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness to support winning bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the MEP estimation team to prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale building projects.
Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop precise estimates.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documentation and proposals.
Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises.
Ensure estimates align with project budgets and company policies.
Maintain database of costs and historical data for future reference.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in MEP estimation within large building projects, preferably in UAE.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office tools.
Previous experience with high-rise and commercial projects is preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
