Key Responsibilities:
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze contractor proposals and negotiate costs.
Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams.
Maintain database of unit rates and cost data.
Support tender submissions and bidding processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-4 years of GCC/UAE experience in civil project estimation.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
