Procurement Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle procurement for various departments while adhering to company policies and SOPs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms.
• Participate in tendering, evaluation, awarding, and monitoring of procurement contracts.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery schedules, and invoices.
• Work closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure proper storage and inventory management.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Conduct cost analyses and prepare procurement reports.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and supply chain procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience in tendering, estimation, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement processes efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
