Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company’s online store(s) and presence on third-party platforms
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Coordinate with marketing to create digital campaigns and promotions
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to enhance user experience
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory for online channels
Monitor competitors and market trends in e-commerce
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.
