Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Proven experience (1+ years) in medical reception or front desk role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in medical management software and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
