Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support Arabic teaching staff.
Develop and implement effective Arabic curriculum and lesson plans.
Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student progress.
Coordinate departmental activities and professional development sessions.
Maintain high standards of Arabic language education across the school.
Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
A 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Arabic from an accredited university.
A 2-year Master’s degree in Arabic or related field.
B.Ed. in Arabic (essential).
Minimum of 2 years UAE teaching experience in Arabic.
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and curriculum design experience.
