HR Executive
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
• Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required
• Coordinate training and development activities
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of HR experience in the UAE (fit-out/interiors industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
