Requirements:

Previous experience in front office or receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems (PMS)
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
