ONCE IT Solutions is looking for a hands-on IT Support & Network Engineer to join their technical team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality on-site and remote support, maintaining client network infrastructure, and implementing security and cabling solutions across customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Management: Install, configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and cloud servers; ensure networks run reliably.
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely on-site and remote support for hardware, software and connectivity issues, and follow through to resolution.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Set up, administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tenants, email/domain configurations and cloud hosting environments.
Security & Surveillance Systems: Deploy and maintain firewall solutions and CCTV/security systems as part of client security setups.
Structured Cabling & Termination: Carry out cable pulling, terminations, patch panel and faceplate installations for networking projects.
System Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor systems for performance and security, apply updates and best-practice hardening to protect data integrity.
Technical Documentation: Keep accurate records of network configurations, installation details and troubleshooting steps for handover and audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, networking or systems administration.
Strong practical knowledge of LAN/WAN/VLAN/VPN, firewalls, Microsoft 365 and cloud hosting platforms.
Experience troubleshooting hardware/software, performing CCTV installations and completing structured cabling tasks.
Familiarity with domain management, website hosting and DNS is an advantage.
UAE driver’s license is mandatory to support on-site client visits.
Able to work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
