Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review HSE plans and procedures aligned with RTA requirements.
Conduct site inspections and safety audits regularly.
Identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
Lead accident investigations and prepare incident reports.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Liaise with project management and RTA officials.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Maintain HSE documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
RTA experience is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience in roads, utilities, and bridge projects.
NEBOSH or OSHA certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of RTA safety standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
