Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and standards.
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff and workers.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation and records.
Coordinate with management and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or contracting.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
