HR Manager
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
• 5 years-10 Years’ experience as a HR manager or similar roles within the UAE.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
• Experience of defining, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in using HR Systems (examples - Oracle, SAP etc)
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
• Excellent knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be beneficial)
• Demonstrable organizational, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Experience in managing individuals within a team.
