Job Details :

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Control Specialist in the construction industry in Dubai.
• Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
