Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Monitor and manage the front office budget and expenses.
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and compliance.
Train and develop front office staff.
Prepare reports on guest feedback and operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in front office or hotel operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
Guest-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
