Personal Assistant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and daily priorities; anticipate needs and plan ahead.
• Coordinate meetings and agendas; ensure accurate minutes and timely follow-ups (Arabic-English translation as needed)
• Track deadlines and tasks, ensuring timely completion with mínimal supervision.
• Support family-related matters including documents, visas, insurance, and travel coordination.
• Maintain organized systems for corporate and personal records; assist with document control.
• Prepare reports and summaries on business activities and priorities.
• Act as a gatekeeper, protecting the CEO’s time and focus.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Respond to urgent and ad hoc requests with sound judgment and initiative.
Qualifications and Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of experience as EA, PA, Company Secretary, or in Document Control (preferably in contracting or fit-out environments).
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.
• Background in construction, fit-out, or general contracting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) OR DIPLOMA.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of document control tools (e.g., Aconex, Procore) is beneficial but not required.
