Business Development Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
• Create sales leads on Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing across different industries.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business from multinational companies (MNCs) and SMEs to meet targets.
• Generate leads through cold calls, door-to-door marketing, attending exhibitions, and client referrals.
• Develop and implement new market initiatives, assess opportunities through research, and analyze potential business growth areas.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, meetings, and presentations to build strong business relationships.
• Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and vertical market requirements.
• Prepare and send proposals/contracts, ensure agreements are signed, and maintain yearly renewals.
• Develop customized solutions to meet prospective customer requirements.
• Contribute actively towards growing market share.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Ensure client and candidate satisfaction, retain existing accounts, and drive long-term partnerships.
• Follow up on payments and collections to ensure timely receipt.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as per company standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a staffing and recruitment firm in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.
