Assistant Technical Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules for common areas.
• Respond to technical issues and support troubleshooting activities.
• Handle technical service requests from residents and tenants.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Assist in managing compliance records, safety inspections, and vendor contracts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as Assistant Manager in technical support, facilities management, or a related field, ideally in a residential or property management environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident and contractor interaction.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service-oriented with a focus on maintaining a positive resident experience.
