Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
Monitor and analyze market trends, occupancy, and pricing data.
Manage and optimize online distribution channels and third-party platforms.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost direct bookings.
Set and adjust pricing strategies based on market demand and competition.
Use revenue management systems and analytics tools to forecast and report on performance.
Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.
Conduct regular audits of online listings and reservations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on revenue strategies and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in revenue management, online distribution, or related roles in hospitality.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Good understanding of hotel distribution platforms (GDS, OTA, PMS).
Proficiency in revenue management software and Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
