Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure compliance of architectural designs with project requirements, codes and standards.
- Oversee site installation, commissioning and testing.
- Conduct inspection, resolve non-conformance issues, and maintain detailed records of progress and testing results.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and projects specification.
- Working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Innovate and consider creative solutions to optimize manpower, reduce costs, and save time.
- Review Architectural design drawings and ensure their compatibility across various design disciplines (Elec, Civil, MEP).
- Oversee and deliver fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in preparing variation orders and projects reports.
- Biddings pricing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the construction field, KSA experience preferred.
- Software Skills: AutoCAD, Office Applications.
