We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to accurately measure, map, and analyze land and property boundaries. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide precise land data for development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other survey equipment.
Prepare and maintain detailed survey records, maps, and reports.
Determine property boundaries, topography, and land features.
Assist in the planning and design of construction projects by providing accurate land data.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project teams to interpret survey data and resolve land boundary issues.
Obtain necessary permits and coordinate with local authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
Proficiency with surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
Strong understanding of land laws, regulations, and boundary issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
