Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil materials and services
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish procurement terms
Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards
Monitor supplier performance and maintain good relationships
Manage procurement documentation and records
Track procurement progress and resolve any issues or delays
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects in UAE
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience working with UAE suppliers and understanding of local regulations
