Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage site staff, including laborers and subcontractors.
2. Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
4. Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
5. Manage and resolve site-related issues and conflicts.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
7. Monitor and control project costs and resources.
8. Support sales operations as required.
Requirements:
1. Considerable experience in interior fit-out projects (minimum 5 years).
2. Transferable Iqama (Saudi residency visa).
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
