We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to create an array of delicious desserts, baked goods, and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and a strong understanding of pastry techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods according to recipes and presentation standards.
Develop new dessert menus and innovate existing recipes to attract customers.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and equipment.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Train and supervise junior pastry staff and apprentices.
Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of desserts with overall menu offerings.
Monitor and control costs related to pastry production.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role (2+ years preferred).
Formal culinary or pastry arts training/certification.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and presentation.
Creativity and innovation in dessert creation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
