Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and dosages.
Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare staff.
Monitor medication therapy and report adverse reactions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of pharmaceuticals.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory.
Comply with legal, ethical, and safety standards.
Support medication reconciliation and review processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Valid Qatar pharmacy license or registration.
Proven experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy preferred.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
