Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the F&B service areas.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and special events.
Record guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in F&B service or guest relations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
