The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities on the shop floor, restaurant floor, or service area to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. They manage staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure a positive experience for customers or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff on the floor.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
Enforce company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Train and mentor new staff members.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of customer service principles and operational procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
