We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
