We are seeking highly skilled and experienced QC Inspectors with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in oil & gas industry inspection activities. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality standards and compliance across piping, welding, equipment, structures, and electrical/instrumentation works in accordance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping, welding, equipment, structures, and electrical/instrumentation systems.
Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and inspection plans.
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) as per project requirements, including radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
Inspect materials, welds, coatings, and structural components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Monitor fabrication, erection, and installation activities on-site and in workshops.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, codes, and project specifications.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality documentation.
Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection records and ensure proper documentation control.
Enforce safety and HSE policies during inspection activities.
Participate in quality meetings and review project documentation related to quality control.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of inspection experience in Oil & Gas, with focus on piping, welding, equipment, structures, or electrical/instrumentation.
Proven experience working on ADNOC projects.
Relevant certifications such as CSWIP, ASNT, or CompEx.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and quality procedures.
Hands-on experience in NDT methods and inspection techniques.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Long-term commitment and flexibility for on-site inspections.
